Although I made this card a while ago, I couldn’t spoil the surprise by sharing it before it was opened by the recipient!
This winter fairy stamp is one of my favourite stamps ever and I have coloured her with my Spectrum Noir pens in shades of coral and green. Some Stickles adds a bit of festive bling!
The cracker shaped card base is made using colour core card embossed with a pretty sprig pattern. I used a festive stripy paper whose colours coordinated with the Spectrum Noirs perfectly to trim each side. Finally I tied some cream and gold ribbon to make the cracker bows.
The acetate ‘dome’ has a snowy pattern printed on it, and gives the cracker a more three dimensional shape.
I am entering this little beauty into Handmade Harbour’s ‘Snow’ Challenge , Lexi’s Creations ‘Snow’ Challenge, Sparkle n Sprinkles December Challenge, Jellypark’s Monthlong Christmas Challenge, One Crazy Stamper’s ‘Winter/Holiday’ Challenge, Delicious Doodles ‘White Christmas’ Challenge and Stampin’ For The Weekend’s ‘Anything Goes’ Challenge.
