This month at Country View Challenges our theme is Bokeh effect. I have created a tag using Distress Oxide inks in the background and pastels to create the bokeh light effect.
I blended shades of red and brown over the background before applyinng white pastel through a circle stencil. I added some vintage Tim Holtz ephemera and some sari ribbon to finish.
