I decided on a break from all the festivities of Christmas cardmaking, and turned my attention to Halloween. Every year Graphic 45 outdo themselves and release a gorgeous collection of papers to celebrate the season of the witch. This year is no exception, and their Steampunk Spells range is fantastic. I’m hoping to get some scrapbook layouts done at some point, but for now I’ve made this cute card using a couple of their papers and a lovely little stamp by Stampendous.
I coloured the stamped image using Spectrum Noir pens (CG1, CG2, FS2, FS3, TN2, GB5, OR1, CR10, LV1, LV2, BG1, BG3, TN7, TN8, GB8, EB8, BT1, BT2, Blender) and then edged the cut-out with Pumice Stone Distress Ink.
I then layered the stamped image onto the frame design paper and placed that onto the backing paper and intricate Cheery Lynn Cogs border die-cut. I cut the greeting from another section of the Graphic 45 paper and added it as a finishing touch.
