A Touch Of Bling

If you are a regular visitor to my blog you will have noticed that I love the character ‘Lucy Loo’. One of her latest incarnations is this beautiful ‘Powdered and Towered’ image from The East Wind.

I coloured her with my Spectrum Noir pens in shades of pink and grey then die cut using a circle die, layering onto a black scalloped circle. I used some pink gingham card for the background, matted onto a square of black card.

I added some black lace and polka dot ribbon, threaded through a silver buckle for a bit of bling. I added a ribbon rose to the centre of the buckle.

I added some Liquid Pearls to Lucy’s hair:

Finally I stamped a Little Claire’s sentiment, matted onto a scalloped circle and added a couple of clear gems.
