Christmas Post

Having been without my blog for a couple of days last week, I’m running late with my entry for this week’s Handmade Harbour challenge. Fortunately, as with a few other blogs, the theme is ‘Christmas’, so I’m entering this card into the ‘Let It Snow’  Christmas at Sweet Stamping challenge and Sweet Stamping’s ‘Last Minute Christmas’ challenge as well!

I used a lovely digi stamp from Handmade Harbour and coloured it with Spectrum Noir pens:

CR8, CR11, DR3, CT4, IG1, IG6, TN4, TN6, TN7, TB3

After colouring the image I added some ‘snow’ with a Pearl Pen then cut out the design.

I used a Cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder to emboss some white card and layered it onto some silver mirri card. Then I put this on my festive Graphic45 backing paper.

Finally, I added some sparkle to the snowflakes with iridescent Stickles.

  1. This is so pretty. I love the embossing behind this GREAT mail box. I love red mailboxes on winter cards…so traditional and always so pretty. This is done very nicely and someone is going to really love receiving this pretty card. Thanks for joining us at the Christmas at Sweet Stampin’ Challenge this month and hope to see you again soon! –Gail
