Stampendous have some of the cutest stamp designs, and this one is so sweet that I just couldn’t resist it! I had seen a card with a pile of punched leaves glued on the ‘ground’ and thought that I’d go one step further and make a shaker card.
I stamped the image with black Memento ink and coloured it with my Spectrum Noir pens (sorry- I forgot to make anote of the colours I used this time!) I then punched loads of tiny leaves in orange, brown, red and green using a Woodware punch.
I placed a Hunkydory clear ‘bubble’ on to my chosen papers and drew around it so that I could cut an aperture. I then mounted my stamped image onto the card and piled the leaves in before gluing the ‘bubble’ on top. Then the backing papers were fixed on top of that to hide the joins.
I love the finished card – it is such a fun image!
