With winter fast approaching and the promise of snow on the horizon, I decided to warm things up with a summery card.
This cute little stamp was free with a magazine (Creative Stamping, I think) and I coloured it with the following pens:
Background: BG1, BG3, Blender
Skin: FS5, FS9, TN3
Boy Hair: GB8, GB9, EB2
Girl Hair: GB1, GB7
Dress: CR2, CR5, CR6
Boy Clothes: TB1, TB4, BG1, GT1, GT2
I then die cut the stamped image with a Marianne die before inking the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink.
The patterned paper is from Cosmo Cricket’s Salt Air stack, and I distressed the edges with a paper distressing tool.
I embossed some pale blue card with the Embossalicious Clouds embossing folder, and highlighted the embossed design with Weathered Wood Distress Ink.
The ‘friends’ brad adds the finishing touch to this sweet card.
