This offer ends at midnight (UK time) on Sunday May 29th!

In honour of this we have all been creating Wonderland themed projects and here are mine – first up is my Mad Hatter Monolith Clock:

Visible Image Stamps - Mad Hatter, Trust Your Madness, Visometry Set 2, Monolith Clock

The first thing I had to do was drill a hole through the monolith to allow the clock movement to be fitted. I then assembled and painted the monolith with Green Gold DecoArt Media acrylic paint. I set it to one side to dry and painted the clock face (from Things To Alter) with Pyrrole Orange and Carbon Black DecoArt Paints. I stamped Trust Your Madness and embossed with yellow, orange and purple WOW powders. I die cut it to fit the clock and added some green Distress Ink around the words.

Hatter is coloured with Polychromos pencils – the vibrant colours suit him so well!! I stamped the smaller of the stamps from Visometry Set 2 on some white card and used a black pen to colour them in a spiral design. This was trimmed and glued to the front of the monolith before adding the clock face, movement and hands.

I love how this project turned out – the newer stamp designs  work perfectly with Mad Hatter and the whole thing is just bonkers!!

My second project is a card with the lovely Alice:

Visible Image Stamps - Alice in Wonderland, Visometry

Alice is stamped with Memento ink and coloured with Promarkers before being cut out leaving a narrow border around her.

I stamped the smaller design from the Visometry Set 5 randomly over the background with black Archival ink. Then I punched a circle out of a piece of card to create a ‘stencil’ and applied Distress Ink to each geometric shape through the circle.

The sentiment is stamped then cut apart before being matted onto black card. Both the sentiment and Alice are fixed in place with 3d foam.
