Aurora ‘Waiting For You’

I was lucky enough to win this beautiful new image from The East Wind – Aurora Waiting For You. I wasted no time making her up into a Christmas card.

I coloured the image with Promarkers, Copics and Prismacolour  pencils adding some Stardust Ice Stickles to the snowflakes for some sparkle.

I used a set of Tonic Studios frame dies to cut and layer the image and added some Prima and Petaloo flowers to the corners. The wooden ‘Joy’ is from Dovecraft and I finished with a Lindsey Mason stamped verse. I used Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the edges of my layers to warm the tone of the card.
