Say hello to Harley Jester (from the lovely people at Visible Image Stamps)…..here he is strutting his stuff on the stage for our entertainment. I love this style of card but I’m not sure what it’s official name is……it’s a pop up box step card…..sort of!!
I stamped the image three times and decoupaged it for extra dimension. I coloured Harley with a mixture of Promarkers and Spectrum Noir pens. He is attached to a strip of acetate which is then attached to the box step, so he looks like he is standing on the stage.
The background is stamped using the Diamond stamp from the Harley set – I used Lime Versacolour and Dusty Concorde Distress Ink to continue the purple and green theme. I added a die cut banner using my Joanna Sheene die.
The sentiment is also from the same set of stamps and is matted and layered onto green and purple card with some adhesive gems for extra bling! I used a Martha Stewart punch to create the looped edge in black card.
And if you were wondering….the card does fold flat to fit in an envelope!
