Happy Birthday Sadie!

Today is my bestest friend Sadie’s birthday (have to say that cos she’ll be reading this!) Anyway, she looooves weird and wacky things and is a steampunk sweetheart – so what else could I do but make her a beautiful steampunk card!

This is another fantastic Lucy Loo image from The East Wind, coloured with my Spectrum Noir pens.

I printed her out BIG so I could capture the details! That didn’t leave much room for embellishments but I managed to squeeze in some die cut cogs cut with my JoyCrafts die.

I know she loved this because she just told me so!! Hope the rest of you lovely people have enjoyed looking at it!

  1. This really is a gorgeous card Teresa – I love the image and am so glad you have posted this one – I need an image for a couple of birthday cards I have been asked to make for twins and they love steampunk. This really is colourful and because of all the detail, you don’t need much of an extra embellishment. Those cogs are just perfect.

Thank you so much for joining us over at the OSAAT challenge this week, lots of luck to you.
